AI Readiness at Scale

Designing Responsible Adoption Across a Distributed Workforce

Game-Changing Impact

A U.S. federal government agency prepared to roll out an enterprise-wide AI platform to a large, nationally distributed workforce. Leaders focused on building judgment about when AI is the right tool and reinforcing clear guardrails, realistic expectations, and day-to-day habits that reduce risk while unlocking value.

Frontier partnered with the agency’s AI team to design a scalable enablement pathway that could onboard cohorts quickly and support deeper skill-building over time.

Our Partnership

Frontier designed a scalable AI readiness and enablement architecture that moved teams from awareness to applied capability. We combined responsible AI governance with hands-on skill-building, embedding real-world scenarios, prompt iteration labs, and peer learning into a cohort-based journey grounded in actual workflows.

We also supported rollout execution by drafting cohort communications (waitlist, welcome messages, and supervisor briefings) and validating backend completion tracking. When broader tools expanded access and prerequisites shifted, we helped the team adapt quickly to preserve the AI learning pathway's value.

“I LOVE ALL OF THIS! Thank you for these incredible ideas and the excellent generative AI trainings.

What a dream team to work with”

  • Chief AI Officer

Frontier brought together responsible AI enablement, adult learning expertise, and human-centered service design to create a practical learning experience grounded in real workflows. We balanced responsible use (confidentiality, ethics, judgment) with hands-on skill-building (prompt iteration and applied scenarios), using rapid prototyping and stakeholder feedback cycles to strengthen clarity, measurement, and learner experience across cohorts.

The result: a practical, repeatable model for AI adoption that balances risk and value, strengthens institutional judgment, and builds sustainable capability across distributed teams.
