THE UPS FOUNDATION
Over 2.5 years, Frontier partnered with The UPS Foundation to design and launch a foundation-wide Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system—turning data into action across a global portfolio. Starting with a bold five-year vision, the work delivered clear indicators, multilingual tools, dashboards, and practical training that built lasting internal capacity. The result: stronger accountability, sharper decision-making, and a measurement approach that’s actively shaping strategy while clearly communicating impact to leadership, partners, and communities worldwide.

Expanding evaluation depth across global impact initiatives
We're excited to welcome Robert Shannon to Frontier's Impact team. A mixed-methods evaluator with 14 years of experience, Robert has led evaluations for federal and nonprofit clients across workforce development, behavioral health, youth engagement, and anti-trafficking initiatives in the U.S., West Africa, and South Asia.
