Our Partnership
When a new executive was appointed to lead The UPS Foundation, she set an ambitious goal: to build a truly world-class corporate philanthropy grounded in evidence, learning, and continuous improvement.
Frontier was engaged to support this transformation, beginning with a strategic planning workshop to shape a bold five-year vision. Over the next 2.5 years, Frontier worked side-by-side with the Foundation team to design and implement a Foundation-wide monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system that spans a diverse global portfolio.

Together, we co-created clear indicators and practical reporting requirements to capture Foundation impact across the portfolio. Frontier developed multilingual tools, trainings, and guidance to build alignment and capacity across staff and grantees. We also translated data into insight through dashboards and learning briefs so that the Foundation could actively use evidence to inform strategy and decision-making.
With Frontier's support, The UPS Foundation built the internal capacity to sustain its MEL system—strengthening accountability, driving learning, and using data to advance long-term systems change while clearly communicating impact to employees, leadership, partners, and the public.
