She has lived and worked in conflict-affected regions across South Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe, advising senior leaders in government, finance, humanitarian, and national security institutions navigating complex, real-world risk.

Wendy builds the operational and commercial foundations that let mission-driven firms grow with discipline. Over 25 years, she has run large-scale P&L centers, stood up business intelligence and project-control functions from scratch, and translated ambitious strategy into repeatable execution. She pairs deep contracts and compliance fluency with the instincts of an operator who has carried a number.

An attorney by training, she has led enterprise operations, risk, and growth across technical services and consulting organizations serving the U.S. government and beyond. She partners closely with founders and CEOs to close the gap between ambition and execution, and to make sure growth is responsible, replicable, and durable.

Chief Technology Officer

Anthony builds the technical foundation that lets mission-driven organizations adopt new technology without losing their footing. Over more than 25 years he has worked as a hands-on developer, founder, Data Scientist and CTO, establishing AI and data science functions from scratch and scaling engineering teams through rapid growth. He pairs machine learning depth with a conviction that evaluation, governance, and human judgment belong in the design of a system rather than being bolted on after it ships.

His work spans wildfire and climate science, genomics and healthcare, federal scientific data, digital media, and enterprise software, including NSF-funded wildfire research, electronic medical records specifications still in use today, and several first-to-market innovations in mobile streaming and proximity computing. He partners with clients and colleagues to turn ambitious technical ideas into systems that hold up in production, and mentors engineers toward advancement that does not require leaving the craft.
