Katie Zigelman is an experienced operator and advisor who has spent over a decade building the connective tissue between sales, customer success, product, and operations at fast-growing technology companies. She has a track record of joining teams early and helping them scale. She's built the systems, relationships, and culture that let growing organizations move quickly and stay aligned: from customer-facing teams that turn early believers into a company's most powerful growth engine, to internal operations that keep everyone rowing in the same direction as headcount multiplies.

Across her career—spanning Salesforce/Krux Digital, Spectrum Labs, ActiveFence/Alice.io, Hearst Digital Media, The New York Times, and The Boston Globe—Katie has consistently been the person who brings order to ambiguity: designing onboarding programs, standardizing operations, and building the internal tools and processes that let teams move quickly without losing sight of their people. Katie combines sharp program and project management instincts with deep experience across customer success, sales, marketing, and product to help growing companies scale without losing what made them work in the first place.

Katie holds a BA in Journalism, with a double major in Economics and a minor in American Sign Language, from Northeastern University.
