Bio
Rahal is a connector. From his early career experiences building coalitions and leading youth initiatives to combat gender-based violence with the United Nations Population Fund in Sri Lanka to his work in social engagement for campaign politics, Rahal has always sought to bring together people with different stakes so they can understand each other and act together. He has brought this unique lens to enterprise transformation at a global fintech, federal experience design consulting for the U.S. Department of the Treasury, customer experience strategy at HHS’ Administration for Children & Families, and most recently, Frontier Design.
At Frontier, Rahal works across AI, Impact, and L&D, executing global delivery efforts and guiding leadership teams through organizational change. No matter the engagement, his focus is managing moving parts to keep decisions from stalling and delighting clients the whole way through. He's drawn to rhetoric as a tool for good; enabling the right words to shift perspectives, cool a tense room, and turn resistance into shared purpose.
Rahal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Speech Communication, and Political Science from the University of Tampa. He's a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, an ATD Certified Trainer & Facilitator, and an IDEO U and IBM Certified Design Thinking Practitioner, with additional accreditations in Lean Six Sigma, as well as DEI in the Workplace, and Post-crisis Change Leadership from the University of South Florida.
Frontier uses this assessment to identify our unique strengths and maximize our teamliness - how we collaborate effectively as cross-functional teams. We often pair colleagues with opposite strengths to turbocharge our creativity and impact.
