Bio
Alison is an executive coach and consultant who has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and organizations to navigate change and maximize their impact. She has more than 15 years of experience in international development, primarily in designing and leading programs in democracy and governance. She has led global teams in Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, secured and managed projects worth $2 - $20 million, led technical teams, and guided organizational change initiatives. She has also designed and implemented leadership development programs for senior-level government and nonprofit leaders. Her own experience navigating complex supervisory, management, leadership, team and organizational challenges sparked a passion for supporting others through similar experiences.
Alison holds an accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has completed post-graduate studies at Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership in executive coaching and in organizational consulting and change leadership. She received a MPA from The George Washington University Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration, and a BA in Political Science and Spanish from Emory University.
