Bio

Chris has more than eleven years of experience across the Department of Defense and higher education. He spent the majority of his military career advising senior leaders on their complete range of responsibilities, including leadership, operations, training, and policy.

As a leader and advisor, Chris is passionate about research and analysis, communication, and mentoring, while establishing a reputation for his empathetic leadership style and his general versatility. He holds a BS in History from the United States Naval Academy, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School of Government, and a PhD in Military History from Texas A&M University.
