Frontier designed and launched a multi-month, cohort-based innovation journey enabling participating teams to accelerate real-world pilots while strengthening their internal capabilities. Through deep listening and close collaboration, we preserved what made the original experience powerful while introducing more accessible learning pathways, embedded coaching at critical inflection points, and structured peer exchange.
Applying human-centered design and adult learning principles, Frontier built a cohesive learning arc integrating live instruction, applied work, reflection, and shared learning. The result was a rigorous yet flexible model capable of supporting more teams without diluting impact.
